Due to continued growth, and an internal promotion for one of our highly valued team members a Parts Interpreter position has become available at our Mildura branch. 

The position would be well suited to either a qualified parts interpreter, or someone with previous parts experience and great customer service looking to enter the agricultural industry. All automotive, road transport or heavy equipment interpreters are encouraged to apply.

This is an excellent opportunity not to be missed, the successful applicant will receive continued training and support alongside a friendly energetic team, backed by an experienced Parts Manager with great product knowledge.

The Role -

  • Provide inbound sales & customer service via phone, email and counter.

  • Parts interpreting – Identify make and model of vehicle or equipment, utilize electronic parts catalogues or databases to procure parts and accessories.

  • Assist internal and external customers with their enquiries and provide best available information and product to suit their needs.

  • Using database pick & pack outbound orders, unpack and distribute inbound orders via storeroom.

  • Assist with regular stock-take or inventory counts as required.

  • Participate in on-line and face to face training programs.

  • Assist in maintaining parts department cleanliness and organization.

  • Have a laugh and enjoy interactions with fellow staff and customers.

Key Attributes - 

  • A positive approach to your work and eager to learn.

  • Have a friendly approachable attitude and be able to work well in a team and alone.

  • Willing to work some overtime during busy periods.

  • Possess intermediate computer, numeracy, and literacy skills.
