Our Pinnaroo parts department has an opportunity you do not want to miss. This position would suit an individual with great customer service skills looking to enter the agricultural industry. School leavers, part-time employment seekers, or part-time professionals are encouraged to apply and will be given every opportunity to upskill.

The Role -

• Provide inbound sales & customer service via phone, email and counter.
• Parts interpreting – Identify make and model of vehicle or equipment, utilize electronic parts catalogues or databases to procure parts and accessories.
• Assist internal and external customers with their enquiries and provide the best available information and product to suit their needs.
• Using the database, pick & pack outbound orders, unpack and distribute inbound orders via the storeroom.
• Assist with regular stock-take or inventory counts as required.
• Participate in online and face-to-face training programs.
• Assist in maintaining parts department cleanliness and organisation.
• Laugh and enjoy interactions with fellow staff and customers.

• A positive approach to your work, and eager to learn.
• Have a friendly, approachable attitude and be able to work well in a team and alone.
• Willing to work some overtime during busy periods.
• Possess intermediate computer, numeracy, and literacy skills.
